Recipe for 2 people
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into slices
20 g each of nectaflor soft cranberries and soft blueberries
1 cup of yoghurt (180 g)
2 dl naturally cloudy apple juice
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
25 g nectaflor hazelnuts roasted, chopped
1 tbsp linseed as desired Honey or pear from nectaflor for sweetening
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a tall mixing bowl and puree finely. Sweeten with honey or pears, if you like.
Tip: For a lactose-free or vegan version, replace the cow’s milk yoghurt with coconut milk or soy yoghurt. If you don’t like bananas, you can also use ripe mango as a base.
