Yoghurt berry smoothie

Indulge in a delightful blend of yogurt, mixed berries, and the natural sweetness of honey in this refreshing smoothie recipe. Perfect for a wholesome breakfast or snack!

Recipe for 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into slices
  • 20 g each of nectaflor soft cranberries and soft blueberries
  • 1 cup of yoghurt (180 g)
  • 2 dl naturally cloudy apple juice
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 25 g nectaflor hazelnuts roasted, chopped
  • 1 tbsp linseed as desired Honey or pear from nectaflor for sweetening

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a tall mixing bowl and puree finely. Sweeten with honey or pears, if you like.

Tip: For a lactose-free or vegan version, replace the cow’s milk yoghurt with coconut milk or soy yoghurt. If you don’t like bananas, you can also use ripe mango as a base.
