Granola

Granola Bliss: Sweetened with Honey

Recipe for approx. 400 g
Prepare: approx. 15 minutes
Bake: approx. 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Baking paper for the tray
  • 60 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 60 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 60 g almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 100 g spelled flakes
  • 100 g millet flakes
  • 50 g dried fruits, e.g. raisins, apple rings, dates, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil

Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients well, spread on the prepared tray.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 150 °C for about 30 minutes.
  • Remove, cool, then crumble and seal airtight.

 

Tip: Use different nuts, seeds and flakes as desired. If necessary, flavor with a little clove powder, cardamom or ginger powder.

Shelf life: approx. 1 month.
